I began practicing yoga 8 years ago simply as a means to move my body, but it was the impact that this practice had on my overall quality of life that kept me coming back.
This led to me to complete various trainings from vinyasa, to restorative/yin, kundalini and a handful of Katonah Yoga trainings.
As I continued practicing and studying, I became curious about the subtle yet profound effects of breath work. Across the various styles of training I completed, they all came back to the breath. I believe in the idea of a blended technique and finding what leaves you feeling empowered and joyful.
